The Binks LEL (Low Emission Laminator) gun (207-12200) is a high-performance “non-atomizing” internal-mix application device for the application of polyester and other catalyzed resins. All Binks branded FRP applicators indicated as “LEL” or “LEL technology” utilize impinging fluid streams at low pressure to generate low velocity resin and gel-coat fans and are therefore defined by the EPA (NESHAP 40 CFR part 63) as nonatomizing. Return Policy: Returned equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, without liquid, cured or solidified material inside. The LXS-XP Spray Gun with Extension:The LXS-XP comes with 3″, 6″, 12″, 18″, 24″ 48″ extension and 360 degree aircap installed. Also included are the PT-64 pressure cup and a 10′ fluid and air hose. You will need 1/2 inch clearance to enter the item you are spraying. The 360 degree aircap will spray the sides as you push in or pull out of the cavity. For different spray patterns the aircap can be changed to the following:(Below aircaps not included)AXIB (spherical), AXIF (straight fan), AXIF-45 (45 degree fan), AXIF-90 (90 degree fan), AXR (straight round), AXIR-15 (15 degree spray backwards)Must be pressure fed from a pressure tank or cup.
